Hi Miriam,
Wishing you and your family a blessed Christmas and New Year 2010. All your splashes are always successful in my everyday cooking. Noche Buena, Christmas Eve dinner has always stayed Cuban traditional. This year your splash has been a new addition. Not for cooking because I buy everything already made, I take brakes during the holidays. But I don't know how you would say YUCA in spanish, well my husband was asking for MOJITO, not the drink, our typical type of seasoning, which I personally don't like. Well I told my husband I did not have any. He gets up from the table saying, oh! I know what we are going to use. Little did I know, he brough your GARLIC & HERB and we used it as our new MOJITO.. over our YUCA, DELICIOUS. Christmas Day for breakfast. We had CAFE CON LECHE and Cuban Bread with GARLIC AND HERB, DELICIOUS again. What can I tell you. We love your splashes. Looking forward to your cook book. Don't forget to help me to learn to cook healthier, As you know I am a breast cancer survivor (Tania) in Miami. After the holidays my husband and I need to get on the ball for a healthier year. Thank you. God Bless.
