You can expect the Summer Night Air to fill with old Jazz standards and new Jazz riffs.
Everything is taken care of, no ordering is necessary, it is all perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.
You will start with Miriams own Canary Island Garlic and Herb Olive Oil drizzled over our house recipe for bruschetta, next comes the organic baby greens salad with crisp veggies and fresh parmesan over the top.
The Wild Cod is absolutely going to melt in your mouth. Prepared with secret herbs and spices and cooked slowly to marry the flavours, you can not find this kind of incredible flavor anywhere else. Miriam honors her Canary Island heritage by preparing everything in a traditional manner,with fresh ingredients and techniques that truely pay homage to her families Love of Life and Good Food.
As the jazz waffs through the air along with the aromas from the kitchen you will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and a fine slice of dessert.
