Using a recipe developed by her great-grandmother over 200 years ago in the Canary Islands as a foundation, Miriam Vigoa has harmonized the ingredients to make this new product.
Beginning with cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, she hand blends fresh organic garlic, kombu, sea salt, and a multitude of spices and non-irradiated herbs imported from all of the world to infuse a natural and great tasting condiment that can be used in myriad recipes.
