Canary Island Garlic and Herb Olive Oil

I can't come that far right now, but there is a shop in downtown Mount Dora where I live that sells only products made in Florida. How wonderful it would be to be to be able to replenish my splash right in town. I told the owner about your products and begged her to contact you. :-) Our shops in town are very quaint. You should come check out our city! We have a quite large craft show in October that you could maybe partcipate in with your products. My bottle is getting very low. We are rationing it now.....my husband LOVES it!

I just want to tell you that I used your splash in basting and rubbing on my turkey thru the whole cooking and process. It kept it very moist and gave the turkey a wonderful flavor.



I cannot wait to try it on other recipes.

I sampled at least a Half a Gallon of Olive Oil at the metropolitan Food and Cooking Show

My daughter and I sampled at least a half-gallon of olive oils at the Metropolitan Food and Cooking Show and this was , by far, our favorite!! I HAD to return to their booth to take some home with me.

Experience with your great Splash

My name is Catherine and Patty  and I were at The Women's Convention in Orlando On October 9, 2009.

I know you don't remember us, but we split two bottles of Splash.

The next day I was off to the Florida Keys. I was there with some very good friends.  Well Joyce and I went shopping for

the week and bought Chicken, Italian bread,  lettuce, tomatoes and other things.  One night we sliced the Italian bread and

put fresh tomato on the bread and spread your SPLASH on top and put it in the oven.  I was delicious.  A couple of days

later we had chicken, so I took off the skin and dipped it in eggs and we had not bread crumbs, so I cut up the Italian bread

and put it in the oven and got it crispy and then we put it in the blender and made our own bread crumbs.  So we put

the chicken in the bread crumbs.  Now we have no oil to cook it with, so I improvised and put your SPLASH in the pan and

cooked 10 thighs in two pans, when it was finished and we had a salad and not dressing we used your SPLASH. The meal was great. 

The chicken tasted so good that there was only 2 pieces left out of the 4 of us. Plus the salad tasted so good with out dressing only

SPLASH and I don't like salad with nothing on it , but SPLASH made a difference. Also we finished the two pieces of chicken on Friday. It was still great.

I just wanted to let you know about our experience with your great SPLASH.  I will be ordering more soon.

Knocked The Italian Right Out of Me...

 It's interesting, I when raised by an immagrant so much of one's life is colored by                     

the fact that "your just a bit different". I didn't have REAL BBQ until I was in my 20's!

You see, growing up, my grandparents owned a small Italian Resturant & Deli...

As you can imagine, there was nothing I could offer my grandmother that would remotley impress her because she did things the "old school" way, and short cuts weren't the way to gain her respect.

A few years ago, before she and my grandfather moved back to Italy, I had her try SPLASH!

IT WAS MAGIC.

She REALLY, liked it! It was as if the smile jumped off her face and patted me on the back! 

 For me SPLASH isn't just a bottle I keep in my cabinet... It's a memory.

A couple of weeks ago I tried the "HOT" SPLASH, and it's even better.

Most things with "hot" on the label leave me teary eyed in the intensity, but "Hot" SPLASH just gives some warmth.

It's so gentle we use it instead of butter to cook our eggs!

The only thing that could make it better is being with my family dipping my grandmothers home baked bread in it!

I know the heart and story behind your product. 

It's MY memory in a bottle.

Eva Shared the secrect of the Splash

Hello dear, I was unable to come in this morning to meet you ,I feel badly but my daughter was not well and I had to stay home. I came in the other day with my dear friend Eva, and I met your partner. Eva shared with me the secret of your splash,by buying me a bottle of the garlic one. Since then I have been having so much fun experimenting with my cooking and your product. So much so that Eva told me to write to you and tell you what I have done in case you havent heard of it before. So,here is what was most delicious because of your fantastic Splash. I mentioned marinating the chicken breasts and baking them,and the salad,(both were awesome) but today was the best ever. I put 1/2 tsp to each hamburger patty, Kneaded them and formed them added a slice of american (any cheese will do or no cheese)  and fried them, on toasted bun with lettuce ,mayo and tomato and thats it and had the most delicious burgers my daughter and I have ever tasted! I then thought about dinner, so I took spagetti sauce, added 1 TBS of the garlic Splash, 1 TSP or vodka and had the most wonderful sauce simmering and put over pasta , I used angel hair. I toasted bread and spread a bit of refrigerated splash on it and had a taste tingling dinner that could be served in a fancy restaurant! Your Splash  tastes absolutely amazing and on different things has a way of making it your own. I simply love it and look forward to stopping by soon in the hopes of meeting you ! I cannot thank my dear friend Eva for introducing me to your Cafe and your awesome product ! Hot Splash

 I absolutely love the hot splash, I used it as a base for some chicken and veggie stir fry and put it on some linguine and its awesome!!!! Im so glad that I got and I will be getting more. Thank you for introducing me to splash!!!!

Did not get to meet you at the fair.....

I'm sad to say I did not get to meet you at the fair, although I met an extremely well mannered, expert salesman who convinced me to get all three bottles of your delicious dipping/cooking olive oil. Maybe it was hunger or the soft baked bread that had something to do with it (LOL) but the oil is superb and tastes great.
